Spring has brought us such a nice surprise

This tree in our front yard REALLY does look like Popcorn Popping 

 It is our favorite tree 

 And we will miss it (and our amazing neighbors) when we move (yet again) to a house

that will fit us a bit more comfortably (move date: Aug 13th)
